One-on-One Training
In these private sessions, you’ll have Jacob’s focused attention and expertise all to yourself. He will lead you through an individualized workout plan using proven techniques to maximize results based on your specific goals, fitness level, and personal preferences.

Partner Training
Train alongside a friend or family member and benefit from the camaraderie and motivation of having a partner. Jacob’s two-on-one sessions allow him to provide personal guidance to both individuals while creating a fun, encouraging environment.

Boxing Training
Jacob’s boxing-inspired workouts will get your heart pumping as you learn proper form and techniques. Build cardiovascular endurance, core strength, and hand-eye coordination through dynamic drills and pad work. No prior boxing experience necessary.
