A middle ground between personal training and group training. Members get personal training-style coaching in a small group environment.

Includes two coached sessions per week and access to our online programming app, making it more accessible while still structured and results-driven.

Our Semi-Private Training blocks for 2026 are now open, and you don’t need to commit to the whole year. Even one block will level you up.
